Prologue
A good solid Type G socket makes me feel at home; no wobbly adapters now. I give my phone a little more juice to keep it going until I land. I heard over the last few days that citizens are rioting all over the city but Hong Kong airport seems normal. I didn’t hear anything about it over my ten days in China due to the Great Firewall of China.
This time tomorrow I’ll be starting my new job in Vietnam. I wonder what the next year will bring? But now I have a few hours to reflect on the biggest journey of my life that’s coming to an end.
